We are committed to decolonizing technical expertise for initiatives directly working on challenges faced by marginalized groups. ATF Consulting Limited is led by Black, African women working to implement a focus on qualitative research to understand our clients' challenges. This includes document reviews and engagement with staff, board members, advisors, and other key members of the organization we are working with.
Our roster of consultants has expertise in international development, DEI, research, and M&E, and is well-versed in facilitating critical conversations with technical specialties in gender, disabilities, and encompassing a holistic view of DEI, with action-oriented results to enrich the outcomes. We are a diverse team with extensive experience working in multi-cultural regional and global contexts and we are cognizant of the unique experiences faced by African women, men and children navigating race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, ability and class in international work environments. We are results-oriented and approach our work with the underlying values of respect for human dignity in all facets and building inclusive/mutual relationships.
